Join Olympus’ Mike Amico as he shares tips to help you get started with macro photography in this live workshop. Mike will go over gear selection and settings, as well as some of the special Olympus features that will help you on your journey.
After the presentation, you will try out some of these tips during the hands-on portion of the event. We will have multiple tabletop scenes set up for you to practice what you have learned during the workshop, so remember to bring your camera, lenses, and extra memory cards.
Don’t currently have an Olympus camera? Many of his tips will help you no matter which camera you’re using. We will also have a limited amount of Olympus gear for you to use and share during the event.
This event is part of our Education Celebration weekend, August 20–22. Visit us in-person for a weekend full of fun educational opportunities, giveaways, and savings on select products. All of the demos, classes and workshops will be held outdoors. * We will have a covered tent designated for our outdoor classroom, look for the blue & white striped canopy located behind the building.
