.Join us for a 2 hour event to learn how to improve your birding photography and have a rare opportunity to photograph Birds of Prey provided by the U of M Raptor Center. In our seminar, from 2-3 pm, we will cover topics such as understanding your cameras, researching our subjects, and how to create unique image compositions. After the classroom time we will head to the backyard, from 3-4 pm, to join Mike Billington, the Education Program Manager for The Raptor Center, and learn about and photograph 4 varieties of birds of prey. This is an excellent opportunity to photograph raptors closer than you ever could in the wild. Tamron lenses will be on hand to borrow and Experts will be available to provide support and feedback.
The classroom portion will be limited to 35. Registration requested.
The Raptor Education and Photography will be open to the public. No registration required.
