[addtoany]Ideally suited for portraiture and landscape, the XCD 135mm F2.8 Lens with X Converter 1.7x from Hasselblad is a short telephoto prime bundled with a dedicated 1.7x teleconverter. With X-series mirrorless medium format cameras, the lens itself offers a 105mm equivalent focal length, and when the teleconverter is in place, this equivalent focal length is increased to 178mm. The flattering perspective of the short-tele pairs with the close 3.3′ minimum focusing distance to suit photographing close-up subjects, and an advanced optical design helps to realize high clarity and sharpness throughout the focusing range. Like other XCD lenses, the 135mm F2.8 has an integrated Central Lens Shutter that is capable of shutter speeds up to 1/2000 sec with flash sync at all speeds, and its internal autofocus design can be manually overridden for precise manual focusing control. Additionally, the 75mm Tripod Mount Ring is also included for more stable shooting when working with this lens and teleconverter combination atop a tripod.
Included with the 135mm F2.8 lens is the dedicated X Converter 1.7x; a 1.7x teleconverter that offers an effective focal length of 226mm, or 178mm equivalent to full-frame sensors. The converter has a six elements, four groups optical design and maintains the autofocus, central shutter, and optical performance of the 135mm F2.8 lens. When the X Converter 1.7x is in place, the effective specifications are:
